Unrelated to this change, but your actions for codeql are outdated. You should use v4.

Thanks @LittleHuba or the hint. I will change. But currently baselibs codeql scanning does not really work with compilation in bazel: eclipse-score/baselibs#56. If we cannot fix that we have to use build-mode: none which is not as good. Do you have any idea?
